The excessive number of stairs can be exhausting!!! Consider better signage for accessing the hotel from the street, as it can feel a bit maze-like with no clear direction!!!

We had an incredible family stay, especially enjoying the delicious breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the caldera. The breathtaking views while we dined were a highlight for all of us, and the accommodations were cozy and comfortable for the whole family, including my mother.
